You will receive an order confirmation via email at the time of placing your order.
Your goods will be ready for collection any time after you receive your invoice via email within the pickup times below..

If you don't receive your invoice in a timely manner, or if you have any other queries
relating to your order, please contact Customer Service on 1300 BISLEY (1300 247 539).

Pickup Times

Pickup is available at our Eastern Creek warehouse on Monday to Friday (excluding Public Holidays).

The pickup times are as follows:

• 7:00am - 3:00pm

1. Park in the designated courier bay on arrival (refer to Warehouse Diagram)

3. On-site warehouse staff will arrange to load your order into your vehicle.
